The Marietta Harbor Advisory Board is hereby charged with the responsibility of reviewing and making recommendations to the Director of Public Safety and Service regarding the operation of the Marietta Harbor facility. These recommendations shall include, but not be limited to, review of the operations, rules and policies, fees charged for services, hours of operation, and services to be provided. The Board shall also make recommendations for expansion, of existing boating facilities or the need to provide new boating facilities.
