PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday February 2nd, 2022 at five thirty o’clock PM (5:30PM) or as soon thereafter as same maybe heard, there will be a Public Hearing of the Planning Zoning and Annexation Committee of the Marietta City Council concerning the following Ordinances:

Ordinance No. 2 (22-23) An Ordinance to amend Section 1123.07 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Marietta, Ohio, and declaring an EMERGENCY.

Ordinance No. 3 (22-23) An Ordinance to amend Section 1313.06 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Marietta, Ohio, and declaring an EMERGENCY.

Ordinances amending the sign requirement and the C-4 Downtown Commercial District.
The said Public Hearing will be held at the Gilman United Methodist Church, 312 Gilman Ave. Marietta, Ohio. A copy of Ordinances No. 2 (22-23) and No. 3 (22-23) are on file in the office of the Clerk of Council Administrative Services Building 304 Putnam Street Marietta, Ohio for public inspection by interested parties. Ordinances are also found on the City of Marietta Ohio’s Website Mariettaoh.net.
