The Marietta City Council welcomes you here and thanks you for your time and concerns. Should you wish to address the council, this is the time set on the agenda for you to do so. When you are recognized, please step to the podium and state your name and address prior to addressing council. Your comments will be limited to three minutes. The council may not respond to your comments this evening, rather they may take your comments and suggestions under advisement and your questions may be directed to the appropriate staff person for follow-up. In the event of a violation of decorum, the council president will give one warning. Should a violation continue, the council president may revoke the speaking privileges, and the speaker may be subject to removal from the council chambers by the sergeant-at-arms.

• Ordinance No. 4 (22-23) An Ordinance to appropriate and/or transfer funds. (SCALES)

• Ordinance No. 5 (22-23) An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Director of Public Safety and Service to advertise for bids and enter into a contract or contracts for the purchase of gasoline, not to exceed 40,000 gallons, for use by the City of Marietta, Ohio, and declaring an EMERGENCY. (BOYER)

• Ordinance No. 6 (22-23) An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Director of Public Safety and Service to advertise for bids and enter into a contract or contracts for the purchase of diesel fuel, not to exceed 20,000 gallons, for use by the City of Marietta, Ohio, and declaring an EMERGENCY. (BOYER)

• Ordinance No. 7 (22-23) An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Director of Public Safety and Service to enter into Change Order No. 5 to the present contract between the City of Marietta, Ohio and Pickering Associates of Parkersburg, WV, for necessary changes to the Marietta River Trail Phase V Land Slip and Sanitary Sewer Collapse Emergency Repair Project in an amount not to exceed $19,100.00, and declaring an EMERGENCY.
