NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF MARIETTA CITY COUNCIL
Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 731.46 and Section 121.02 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Marietta, Ohio, the undersigned, being three members of the Marietta City Council, hereby call a special meeting of the Marietta City Council to be held on Thursday, December 30th, 2021 at 3:00 o’clock PM at Marietta City Council Chambers at Armory, Room 10, 241 Front Street, Marietta, Ohio for the purpose of considering the following matters:
1. Ordinance No. 328 (20-21) An Ordinance to appropriate and/or transfer funds.
2. Ordinance No. 329 (20-21) An Ordinance to amend Section Three of Ordinance No. 264 (20-21), passed October 21, 2021 in order to amend the effective date of Ordinance No. 264 (20-21) retroactive to January 1st, 2021 as to the source of the payment of the salary for the Development Department Administrator of the City of Marietta, Ohio; and declaring an EMERGENCY.
3. Ordinance No. 330 (20-21) An Ordinance to amend Sections One (1) and Section Two (2) of Ordinance 145 (20-21) as amended passed December 17th, 2020, concerning the position of Code Enforcement Officer of the City of Marietta, Ohio, and declaring an EMERGENCY.
4. Ordinance No. 331 (20-21) An Ordinance to amend the Salary Step Schedule of the City of Marietta, Ohio Exhibit A to Ordinance No. 320 (20-21) passed December 16th, 2021 as to the position of Code Enforcement Officer part time and declaring an EMERGENCY.
