Notice is hereby given that on Monday December 13th, 2021 at six o’clock PM (6:00PM) or as soon thereafter as same maybe heard, there will be a Public Hearing of the Planning Zoning and Annexation Committee of the Marietta City Council concerning the following Ordinances:

Ordinance No. 310 (20-21) An Ordinance to enact Chapter 1138 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Marietta, Ohio, TITLED: Medical Marijuana Control

Ordinance No. 282 (20-21) An Ordinance to amend the Codified Ordinances of the City of Marietta, Ohio, Part Eleven, Planning and Zoning Code, to change the classification of 325 North Seventh Street, Marietta, Washington County, Ohio, (Tax Parcel Nos. 24-0096476.000; 24-0096477.000; 24-0096478.000), from a “R-2” Single Family Detached Residential District. to a “C-3” General Retail and Service District.

Change the zoning classification for 325 7th street from a “R-2” Single Family Detached Residential District to a “C-3” General Retail and Service District.

Ordinance No. 318 (20-21) An Ordinance to amend Section 1123.07 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Marietta, Ohio, and declaring an EMERGENCY.

Ordinance No. 319 (20-21)An Ordinance to amend Section 1313.06 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Marietta, Ohio, and declaring an EMERGENCY.

Ordinances amending the sign requirement and the C-4 Downtown Commercial District.
The said Public Hearing will be held at the Gilman United Methodist Church, 312 Gilman Ave. Marietta, Ohio. A copy of Ordinances No. 310 (20-21), No. 282 (20-21), No. 318 (20-21), and No. 319 (20-21) are on file in the office of the Clerk of Council Administrative Services Building 304 Putnam Street Marietta, Ohio for public inspection by interested parties. Ordinances are also found on the City of Marietta Ohio’s Website Mariettaoh.net.
