The Marietta City Council welcomes you here and thanks you for your time and concerns. Should you wish to address the council, this is the time set on the agenda for you to do so. When you are recognized, please step to the podium and state your name and address prior to addressing council. Your comments will be limited to three minutes. The council may not respond to your comments this evening, rather they may take your comments and suggestions under advisement and your questions may be directed to the appropriate staff person for follow-up. In the event of a violation of decorum, the council president will give one warning. Should a violation continue, the council president may revoke the speaking privileges, and the speaker may be subject to removal from the council chambers by the sergeant-at-arms.

• Ordinance No. 237 (20-21) An Ordinance to amend Section 506.01 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Marietta, Ohio, titled KEEPING CERTAIN ANIMALS PROHIBITED, and to repeal existing 506.01 that is in conflict with said amendment. (GOSSETT)

• Resolution No. 95 (20-21) A Resolution to authorize the City of Marietta, Ohio to accept the donation of a park bench from Tina Siegfried in memory of Jerrie Caskin, to be placed at Camp Tupper (3rd & Warren Streets) at the discretion of the Director of Public Safety and Service in the City of Marietta, Ohio. • Ordinance No. 238 (20-21) An Ordinance to appropriate and/or transfer funds. (SCALES)

• Ordinance No. 239 (20-21) An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Director of Public Safety and Service to enter into a contract with NLS Asphalt Paving, of St. Clairsville, Ohio to provide Professional Services (Labor & Materials) for the 2021 Citywide Asphalt Resurfacing & ADA Curb Ramps Project in the City of Marietta, Ohio in the amount of $399,486.20, and declaring an EMERGENCY. • Resolution No. 96 (20-21) A resolution to adopt and approve a substantial amendment to the 2019 Community Development Action Plan and to authorize the filing of same with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and declaring an EMERGENCY. (SCALES)

• Resolution No. 97 (20-21) A resolution to adopt and approve the 2021-23 Community Development Consolidated Plan and associated 2021 Action Plan and to authorize the filing of same with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and declaring an EMERGENCY. (SCALES)

• Resolution No. 98 (20-21) A Resolution to accept the donation of a historical sign and to authorize the Marietta Rowing and Cycling Club to place the historical sign behind the Marietta Lockmaster House, with the specific location of the sign to be at the discretion and approval of the Director of Public Safety and Service for the City of Marietta, Ohio.
