Notice is hereby given that on Monday May 9, 2022 at five thirty o’clock PM (5:30PM) or as soon thereafter as same maybe heard, there will be a Public Hearing of the Public Lands, Buildings and Parks Committee of the Marietta City Council concerning the following Resolution:

Resolution No. 24 (22-23) A Resolution to amend Section 3(c) of Resolution No. 91 (20-21) As Amended, thereby changing the days and hours of operation for Marietta’s Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA); and to amend Paragraph VIII, Section A, of the Application for the establishment of a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area, that was attached to Resolution 91 (20-21) As Amended, as Exhibit “A” and declaring an EMERGENCY.

Resolution amending the Marietta’s DORA to reflect the new days and hours of operation, which will be Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 12:00 p.m. (noon) until 12:00 a.m. (midnight).
The said Public Hearing will be held at The Armory, Marietta, Ohio, Rm 10. A copy of Resolution 24 (22-23) is on file in the office of the Clerk of Council Administrative Services Building 304 Putnam Street Marietta, Ohio for public inspection by interested parties. Resolutions are also found on the City of Marietta Ohio’s Website
