Should a violation continue, the council president may revoke the speaking privileges, and the speaker may be subject to removal from the council chambers by the sergeant-at-arms.

• Ordinance No. 46 (22-23) An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Director of Public Safety and Service to enter into a contract with Compass Point Planning, LLC, 6540 Corporate Drive, Blue Ash, Ohio, 45242 to provide services for the comprehensive updating and re-writing of Chapter Eleven: Planning and Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances for the City of Marietta, Ohio, and for the creation of a Development Policy Plan for the City of Marietta, and for the development of a Blight Ordinance and a Right-of-Way Ordinance, hereafter referred to as the “Zoning Code Update Project”, in the amount of $95,950.00, and declaring an EMERGENCY. • Resolution No. 24 (22-23) A Resolution to amend Section 3(c) of Resolution No. 91 (20-21) As Amended, thereby changing the days and hours of operation for Marietta’s Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA); and to amend Paragraph VIII, Section A, of the Application for the establishment of a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area, that was attached to Resolution 91 (20-21) As Amended, as Exhibit “A” and declaring an EMERGENCY. • Ordinance No. 57 (22-23) An Ordinance to create five (5) temporary seasonal laborer positions in the Public Works Department of the City of Marietta, Ohio, and to designate the duties therefor, and to establish the salary thereof, and declaring an EMERGENCY. (SHOAF)

• Ordinance No. 58 (22-23) An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Director of Public Safety and Service to enter into a Contractual Agreement with Hazen and Sawyer of Cincinnati, Ohio, for Consulting Services in connection with the Duck Creek Sewer Shed Evaluation and Rehabilitation Project at a cost not to exceed $52,910.00 and declaring an EMERGENCY. • Ordinance No. 59 (22-23) An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Mayor of the City of Marietta, Ohio to enter into a Conditional Easement/Right-of-Way Agreement between the City of Marietta, Ohio, and Patterson Legacy, LLC, a Domestic Limited Liability Company and declaring an EMERGENCY. • Ordinance No. 61 (22-23) An Ordinance to amend Chapter 139 (Police Department) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Marietta, Ohio, and declaring an EMERGENCY. (GOSSETT)

• Ordinance No. 62 (22-23) An Ordinance to authorize Marietta Main Street to make certain improvements upon the street Right-of-Way along Post Street in the City of Marietta, Ohio, upon the express condition that it indemnify and hold harmless the City of Marietta, Ohio, its officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all liability arising out of the construction or use of said street Right-of-Way, and to authorize the construction of the improvements called for herein upon the issuance of all proper permits required, and declaring an EMERGENCY. • Resolution No. 25 (22-23) A Resolution to authorize James J. Hartlage and Brenda C. Hartlage, to connect certain premises owned by them, located at 113 Eldorado Drive, Marietta, Ohio, which is outside the corporation limits of the City of Marietta, Ohio to Marietta City sewer lines, and declaring an EMERGENCY. • Resolution No. 26 (22-23) A Resolution to make amendments to the Community Development Consolidated Plan and Associated Action Plan for the years 2018, 2019, and 2020; and to make substantial amendments to the 2021 - 2023 Community Development Consolidated Plan and Associated 2021 Action Plan, and declaring an EMERGENCY.
