Cemetery Endowment Fund

The Board of Trustees of the Cemetery Endowment Fund shall consist of five members who shall serve thereof during their respective terms as officers of the City at no additional compensation. The Board shall consist of the Mayor, City Auditor, President of Council, Chairman of the Financial Committee of Council and Clerk of Council. The Clerk of Council shall serve as Secretary of the Board and shall keep minutes of its proceedings. The Chairman of the Financial Committee shall serve as the President of the Board and he shall be charged with making a semiannual report to Council covering in detail the transactions of the Board with reference to investment of funds in the management and control thereof. Such reports shall be made on or before June 1 and December 1 of each year. (Ord. 98(74-75). Passed 12-19-74.)
