NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF MARIETTA CITY COUNCIL
Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 731.46 and Section 121.02 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Marietta, Ohio, the undersigned, being three members of the Marietta City Council, hereby call a special meeting of the Marietta City Council to be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 6:00 0'clock PM at the Marietta Area Community Center at the Armory, Marietta City Council Chambers, Room 10, 241 Front Street, Marietta, Ohio, for the purpose of considering the following matters:
Ordinance No. 218 (18-19)
1. An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Director of Public Safety and Service to apply for a loan from the Ohio Water Development Authority (OWDA) for the Harmar Village and Post Street Sanitary Sewer Line Repair Project, in the amount of $752,712.04, and declaring an EMERGENCY.
Ordinance No. 219 (18-19)
2. An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Director of Public Safety and Service to apply for a loan from the Ohio Water Development Authority (OWDA) for the Pine Meadows Tank, East Norwood Reservoir, and Glendale Reservoir Rehabilitation and Painting Project, in the amount of $986,500.00 and declaring an EMERGENCY.

3. An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Director of Public Safety and Service to advertise for bids and enter into a contract or contracts for the Pine Meadows Tank, East Norwood Reservoir and Glendale Reservoir Rehabilitation and Painting Project and declaring an EMERGENCY.

4. An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Director of Public Safety and Service to enter into a contract with Insight Pipe Contracting, LLC of Harmony, Pennsylvania, for the Harmar Village and Post Street Sanitary Sewer Line Repair Project and declaring an EMEREGENCY.

5. A Resolution to authorize and direct the Mayor to enter into an agreement on behalf of the City of Marietta, Ohio, with Richard L. Miller, property owner of 608 Lancaster Street, Marietta, Ohio, for a Right-of-Entry and Temporary Easement for demolition and construction work; and Perpetual Easement for highway proposes necessary for the Lancaster Street Improvement Project (WAS/S.R. 676 – 24.0) and declaring and EMERGENCY.
