NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF MARIETTA CITY COUNCIL
Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 731.46 and Section 121.02 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Marietta, Ohio, the undersigned, being three members of the Marietta City Council, hereby call a special meeting of the Marietta City Council to be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at 6:00 o’clock PM in the Marietta City Council Chambers at Armory, Room 10, 241 Front Street, Marietta, Ohio, for the purpose of considering the following matters:
1. Ordinance No. 150 (18-19)(AS AMENDED) An Ordinance to establish the salaries of certain elected officials of the City of Marietta, Ohio effective January 1, 2020, and declaring an EMERGENCY.

WAIVER OF NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
OF MARIETTA CITY COUNCIL
We, the undersigned members of the Marietta City Council waive the requirement of twelve hour written notice of the above-referenced special meeting of the Marietta City Council.
