NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF MARIETTA CITY COUNCIL
Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 731.46 and Section 121.02 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Marietta, Ohio, the undersigned, being three members of the Marietta City Council, hereby call a special meeting of the Marietta City Council to be held on Monday, June 25, 2018 at 3:00 o’clock PM in the Marietta City Council Chambers at Armory, Room 10, 241 Front Street, Marietta, Ohio, for the purpose of considering the following matters:
1. Ordinance No. 82 (18-19) An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Director of Public Safety and Service to enter into a written lease agreement with the Marietta City School District, Board of Education for the lease of the second floor (gym floor area) of the Marietta Area Community Center at the Armory located at 241 Front Street, Marietta, Ohio which is owned by the City of Marietta, Ohio, and declaring an EMERGENCY.
2. Ordinance No. 86 (18-19) An Ordinance to appropriate and transfer funds.
