AGENDA

Legislation prepared for introduction at the Marietta City Council meeting scheduled to be held on December 20, 2018.
ORDINANCES

1. Ordinance No. 140 (18-19) An Ordinance to authorize Fibernet of Ohio, LLC (LUMOS) as an agent and applicant on behalf of Marietta Memorial Hospital to install an underground fiber optic network and service in the public right-of-way in the City of Marietta, Ohio, pursuant to a permit filed with the Marietta City’s Engineer’s Office, and declaring an EMERGENCY.
2. Ordinance No. 141 (18-19) An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Director of Public Safety and Service to enter into a change order to the present contract between the City of Marietta, Ohio and WSP USA, of Columbus, Ohio, for necessary changes to the Lancaster Street Improvements Project, Phase 2, in the City of Marietta, Ohio, in an amount not to exceed $1,063.00, and declaring an EMERGENCY.
3. Ordinance No. 142 (18-19) An Ordinance to transfer and appropriate funds.

RESOLUTIONS

1. Resolution No. 44 (18-19) A Resolution to authorize and direct the Director of Public Safety and Service to enter into an agreement on behalf of the City of Marietta, Ohio, with The Community Action Program Corporation of Washington-Morgan Counties, Ohio, for the operation of a public housing agency and declaring an EMERGENCY.
2. Resolution No. 45 (18-19) A Resolution expressing the intent of the legislative authority of the City of Marietta, Ohio to sell or dispose of municipal personal property by internet auction pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 721.15 (D) for the calendar year of 2019, and declaring an EMERGENCY.
3. Resolution No. 46 (18-19) A Resolution to authorize and direct the Director of Public Safety and Service to enter into an agreement on behalf of the City of Marietta, Ohio, with American Electric Power, AEP/Ohio, Ohio Power Company, to grant a Right of Entry on property owned by the City of Marietta, located on Seventh Street (Water Treatment Plant) so that AEP may upgrade their 4-KV service to a 12-KV service, and declaring an EMERGENCY.
