AGENDA
Legislation prepared for introduction at the Marietta City Council meeting scheduled to be held on January 4, 2018.
ORDINANCES

1. Ordinance No. 2 (18-19) An Ordinance to amend Section 161.04 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Marietta, Ohio, relating to health insurance benefits for non-union employees and officials of the City of Marietta, Ohio; to provide that the effective date shall be retroactive to January 1, 2018 and prospective forward; and declaring an EMERGENCY.
2. Ordinance No. 3 (18-19) An Ordinance to find and determine that the City of Marietta has a lack of funds sufficient to maintain current levels of operations through December 31, 2018, and to further find and determine that reductions in non-personnel operational expenses alone will be insufficient to address that lack of funds; to cancel all scheduled increases in any and all forms of monetary compensation paid to all non-union employees of the City of Marietta; to rescind all scheduled increases in any and all forms of monetary compensation paid to all non-union employees of the City of Marietta were scheduled to take effect since December 31, 2017; but have not yet been paid; declaring an EMERGENCY.
3. Ordinance No. 4 (18-19) An Ordinance to create twelve (12) seasonal laborer positions in the Service Department of the City of Marietta, Ohio, under the auspices of the various Washington County Job and Family Services Employment Programs, to designate the duties therefor, to establish the salary thereof, and declaring an EMERGENCY.
4. Ordinance No. 5 (18-19) An Ordinance to amend Section 163.06 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Marietta, Ohio, relating to Overtime Work of City of Marietta, Ohio employees, and declaring an EMERGENCY.


RESOLUTIONS
5. Resolution No. 1 (18-19) A Resolution expressing the intent of the legislative authority of the City of Marietta, Ohio to sell or dispose of municipal personal property by internet auction pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 721.15 (D) for the calendar year of 2018, and declaring an EMERGENCY.
