When you are recognized, please step to the podium and state your name and address prior to addressing council. Your comments will be limited to three minutes. The council may not respond to your comments this evening, rather they may take your comments and suggestions under advisement and your questions may be directed to the appropriate staff person for follow-up. In the event of a violation of decorum, the council president will give one warning. Should a violation continue, the council president may revoke the speaking privileges, and the speaker may be subject to removal from the council chambers by the sergeant-at-arms.

• Ordinance No. 304 (20-21) An Ordinance to establish a plan for the allocation of indirect costs incurred by the Water Revenue Fund, the Sanitary Sewer Fund, the Street Maintenance and Repair Fund, the Fire Department Levy Fund, and the Capital Improvement Fund, to the General Fund of the City of Marietta, Ohio; to provide for the expiration of this Ordinance on December 31, 2021; and declaring an EMERGENCY. • Ordinance No. 305 (20-21) An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Auditor of the City of Marietta, Ohio, to transfer the sum of $47,092.00 for the calendar year 2021, from the Fire Department Levy Fund to the General Fund for reimbursement for calendar year 2021, in respect to the indirect cost allocation provisions established by Ordinance No. 304 (20-21), and declaring an EMERGENCY. • Ordinance No. 306 (20-21) An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Auditor of the City of Marietta, Ohio, to transfer the sum of $54,920.00 for the calendar year 2021, from the Capital Improvement Fund to the General Fund for reimbursement for calendar year 2021, in respect to the indirect cost allocation provisions established by Ordinance No. 304 (20-21), and declaring an EMERGENCY. • Ordinance No. 307 (20-21) An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Auditor of the City of Marietta, Ohio, to transfer the sum of $326,382.00 for the calendar year 2021, from the Street Maintenance and Repair Fund to the General Fund for reimbursement for calendar year 2021, in respect to the indirect cost allocation provisions established by Ordinance No. 304 (20-21), and declaring an EMERGENCY (SCALES)

• Ordinance No. 308 (20-21) An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Auditor of the City of Marietta, Ohio, to transfer the sum of $219,121.00 for the calendar year 2021, from the Sanitary Sewer Fund to the General Fund for reimbursement for calendar year 2021, in respect to the indirect cost allocation provisions established by Ordinance No. 304 (20-21), and declaring an EMERGENCY. • Ordinance No. 313 (20-21) An Ordinance for the purpose of authorizing the Mayor, Auditor, and the Director of the Public Service and Safety into a Master Agreement with the Southeastern Ohio Port Authority allowing for the transfer of city owned property to the Port Authority for the purpose of economic development, and declaring an EMERGENCY. • Ordinance No. 314 (20-21) An Ordinance to create the position of Wastewater Maintenance Manager in the Wastewater Department for the City of Marietta, Ohio, to designate the duties thereof, to establish the salary and benefits thereof, and to amend Exhibit A to Ordinance No. 186 (20-21) passed April, 1st 2021 to reflect the creation of said position for the City of Marietta, Ohio, and declaring an EMERGENCY. • Ordinance No. 316 (20-21) An Ordinance to subdivide the City of Marietta, Ohio, into four equal wards pursuant to the provisions of Ohio Revised Code Section 731.06 and to amend Sections 105.01, 105.02, 105.03, and 105.04, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Marietta, Ohio, to reflect said subdivision; and declaring an EMERGENCY. • Ordinance No. 320 (20-21) An Ordinance to amend the Salary Step Schedule of the City of Marietta, Ohio, to establish salaries and increased salaries for all non-union and non-elected positions of employment with the City for calendar year 2022, and declaring an EMERGENCY. (SHOAF)

• Ordinance No. 321 (20-21) An Ordinance appropriating the City of Marietta, Ohio, Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund payment to the City’s Covid-19 response, and directing the Mayor to execute a subgrant agreement with the Gospel Mission Food Pantry, and declaring an EMERGENCY. (SCALES)

• Ordinance No. 322 (20-21) An Ordinance appropriating the City of Marietta, Ohio, Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund payment to the City’s Covid-19 response, and directing the Mayor to execute a subgrant agreement with the Greater Marietta Community Food Pantry, and declaring an EMERGENCY. • Resolution 126 (20-21) A Resolution of support authorizing the Marietta City Community Development Director to submit an application to participate in the 2022 Ohio Governors Capital Bill budget appropriation in the maximum allowable amount for the Start Westward Monument/East Muskingum Park Restoration Project, and declaring an EMERGENCY.
