When you are recognized, please step to the podium and state your name and address prior to addressing council. Your comments will be limited to three minutes. The council may not respond to your comments this evening, rather they may take your comments and suggestions under advisement and your questions may be directed to the appropriate staff person for follow-up. In the event of a violation of decorum, the council president will give one warning. Should a violation continue, the council president may revoke the speaking privileges, and the speaker may be subject to removal from the council chambers by the sergeant-at-arms.

- Ordinance No. 128 (22-23) An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Director of Public Safety and Service to enter into Change Order No. 7 to the present contract between the City of Marietta, Ohio and Pickering Associates of Parkersburg, WV, for necessary changes to the Marietta River Trail Phase V Land Slip and Soldier Pile Wall Failure Repair Project, in an amount not to exceed $32,400.00, and declaring an EMERGENCY. Time Temporary Budget Procurement Director for the City of Marietta, Ohio, for the period from November 7, 2022, through December 31, 2022, and declaring an EMERGENCY. Voshel, and his wife, Connie Voshel, with said 0.690 Acre tract of land being situated in Block Number 119 of East Marietta Addition, Marietta Corporation, Section 22 and 23, Town 2, Range 8, Washington County, Ohio, and declaring an EMERGENCY. - Resolution No. 46 (22-23) A Resolution to authorize and direct the Mayor and/or the Director of Public Safety and Service to apply for, accept, and enter into a Water Supply Revolving Loan Account (WSRLA) Agreement on behalf of the City of Marietta, Ohio, for the planning, design, construction, renovation and upgrading of the Marietta City Water Treatment Plant Facilities; and designating a dedicated repayment source for said loan, and declaring an EMERGENCY. - Resolution No. 47 (22-23) A Resolution to authorize and direct the Director of Public Safety and Service to enter into a Preliminary Legislative agreement with State of Ohio, Department of Transportation, on behalf of the City of Marietta, Ohio, (LPA), for the Front Street Resurfacing Project in the City of Marietta, Ohio, and declaring an EMERGENCY. - Resolution No. 48 (22-23) A Resolution to authorize and direct the Auditor of the City of Marietta, Ohio to place the $1.5 million dollars of ARPA funds that was set aside as a contingency pledge pursuant to Resolution 33 (22-23), As Amended, which was passed on August 10, 2022, back into Marietta’s American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Fund, so that said monies may be used where needed, for other qualified projects, and declaring an EMERGENCY.
