The Marietta City Council welcomes you here and thanks you for your time and concerns. Should you wish to address the council, this is the time set on the agenda for you to do so. When you are recognized, please step to the podium and state your name and address prior to addressing council. Your comments will be limited to three minutes. The council may not respond to your comments this evening, rather they may take your comments and suggestions under advisement and your questions may be directed to the appropriate staff person for follow-up. In the event of a violation of decorum, the council president will give one warning. Should a violation continue, the council president may revoke the speaking privileges, and the speaker may be subject to removal from the council chambers by the sergeant-at-arms.

• Ordinance No. 83 (22-23) An Ordinance to amend Section 163.04 and Section 163.05 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Marietta, Ohio, relating to travel expenses, and declaring an EMERGENCY. (SHOAF)

• Ordinance No. 84 (22-23) An Ordinance to authorize and direct the Director of Public Safety and Service to advertise for bids and enter into a contract for the 2022 Virginia Street ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Sidewalk Revitalization Project, to be funded through the Community Development Block Grant’s (CDBG) Neighborhood Revitalization 2022 Allocation, and declaring an EMERGENCY.
