Pursuant to Ordinance 232 (22-23) passed on March 16, 2023, sealed bids will be received by the Director of Public Safety and Service of the City of Marietta, Ohio, at the office of the Director until 11:00 a.m., prevailing local time on April 7, 2023 for the following:
FOR THE LEASE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY SPACE ROOM 12 (250 sq. ft.) KNOWN AS 241 FRONT STREET, MARIETTA, OHIO
Each bid must contain the full name of every person interested in it, signature and if the bid is accepted a contract will be entered into according to the requirements of the Ohio Revised Code.
Minimum Bid: $500 per month is required.
Complete specifications for this application are on file in the office of the said Director.
Bid guaranties filed pursuant to this Legal Notice shall be returned to all unsuccessful bidders immediately after the contract is executed.
The City of Marietta, Ohio, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technicalities or irregularities in bids, or to advertise for new bids, if in the judgment of the awarding authority the best interests of the City will be promoted thereby.
