The City of Marietta is committed to a policy of full accessibility and non-discrimination in the provision of any business activities. The City is committed to upholding the intent and spirit of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, which prohibit discrimination on the basis of disability in admission to, access to, or operation of the City’s programs, services or activities, to the fullest extent possible. Every City employee is responsible for working cooperatively to achieve this goal.

ADA Transition Plan Survey
The City of Marietta is conducting an ADA transition plan and would like public input. Citizens with disabilities or who have family members with disabilities are encouraged to take part in the brief survey to provide information to the City about accessibility observations
