What is the City of Marietta Small
Business Relief Program?
The City of Marietta, through the use of Community Development Block Grant – CoronavirusResponse (CDBGCV) funds, has established the Small Business Relief Fund (SBRF). The SBRF seeksto assist small businesses in avoiding job loss caused by closures related to the globalpandemic by providing short-term working capital assistance to enable retention of jobs heldby low-and moderate- income persons.
This program is designed to provide financial assistance of up to $3,000 to eligiblebusinesses. Applications will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on April 30, 2021.
The following activities are eligible under this offer of assistance: Inventory and supply itemsnecessary to safely re-open; Payroll expenses; Insurance expenses for employees;
Rent or mortgage expenses; Other operating expenses including utilities, insurance, and professional services.
